Description
Black bark, also known as black bark mulch, is derived from recycled, shredded and untreated wood. It is coloured with a natural yet long-lasting dye. This type of bark mulch is an extremely long lasting mulch and is made from air-dried timber which means it won’t rot down as quickly as other mulches.
Spread over gardens at a depth of 100mm for even coverage – keep mulch away from plant stems to prevent damage from heat generated by decomposition of mulch.
Black bark mulch adds a real contrast statement to any garden appearance. All mulches are great for garden aesthetics, for retaining moisture in your garden bed year round and for keeping weeds at bay.
