Where to Get the Bull-Goat's Talisman

The Bull-Goat's Talisman can be obtained inside Dragonbarrow Cave, a dungeon on the northeast side of Caelid's Dragonbarrow, just below the Minor Erdtree. Inside the dungeon, head to the back of the cave where the Giant Bear roams to find it on a corpse.

The Bull-Goat's Talisman increases your poise by around 25%, reducing your chance to be staggered by incoming attacks.
