After finally coming to, walk out of the hospital room. Turn right and go into the lobby area. There is a Personal Document on the counter. There is also a Missing Person Poster on the bulletin board. Once you have them, do whatever else you may need to here, then head back to where the bedrooms are.

At the end of the hall is Leslie. Follow him through several rooms. After so long, you will run down a tunnel that collapses. When you wake up, you will be outside the hospital. Walk forward and enter the hospital. Once inside, head to the security room like you did in chapter 1. There is a side door you can go through now. Follow it through the storage room and downstairs.

Climb down the ladder, and at the bottom walk forward through the door then turn left. There is an Audio Tape here that will already be playing. Make sure to click on it so you get credit for finding it. Once it is done, turn left at the end of the hall, go through the door and follow the path available until you drop down. You should recognize this area, as it's where you fell in chapter 1. Climb down the ladder and wade into the puddle of gore for someGreen Gel.

Go through the door, turn left to grab some items then head to Leslie. When you get close, you will warp to a new section. Turn around, and grab the Document that is laying in front of the wheelchair. Head down the hall and turn left, crossing the bridge and going through the door. There are some supplies here.

Now head back the other way to the two gated fences. Smash the one on the left and run down there first. There will be some items at the very end. Come back, and go through the open door to grab some Green Gel. Now smash the final gated door and go through the large double doors. Follow this path forward, and climb the stairs. Enter the first door and inside you will find some items and an Audio Tape.

Leave the room and enter the second door. Go to the end and enter the elevator. Once at the top, exit the door and go left. Enter the door you see and go downstairs to find the final Map Fragment. Now go back, and head towards the house.

Leslie will be there, and it will trigger a cutscene. Look around the courtyard for a couple of items and someGreen Gel, then enter the building. On the right is a door, and if you enter it, you will find a chair to level up at. Exit and go through the double doors. As you walk down this hall, the lighting will change the doors will start shaking. Head towards the one with the loudest voice, and talk to the man inside. After you do, start walking down the hall and Ruvik will appear.

Battle Royale

After, you will be drawn into a rather strange area. This new zone is going to be an enemy battle royale, as countless foes start spawning and rushing you. You have very little reason to hold back, so start blasting them with all you have. Save your magnum and harpoon bolts for now, but everything else is fair game.

Make sure to run around the arena, don't just stand still. Some enemies will have guns, but most will want to rush you, so keep your distance. The rifle is great as headshots are one hit kills, but the shotgun works wonders when they group up. After killing so many, Ruvik clones will join the fray. Make sure to prioritize them, killing them as soon as you can. Finally a giant man will enter with a rocket launcher. When he does, START RUNNING. Make sure you get behind cover asap, preferably very far away from where he walked in, as to best avoid the rocket.

Once he shoots it, he will pick up his chainsaw and chase you. Now's the time to grab the magnum. Blast him down as fast as you can. Use a freeze bolt to lock him in place so you can line up headshots with the magnum for maximum damage.

After killing him, and the last of the enemies, climb up to the area the chainsaw guy walked in from. Enter this next area and more bad guys will assault you. Hide behind cover, and pick your shots to eliminate the snipers and dynamite throwers. You can also launch an explosive bolt of your own, or try tossing a grenade up there. Once clear, head up the path and through the door.

Safe Heads Fight

Through the door, down the hall and through the next door is a room tinted in blue. As you explore the area, you might note that there are some Safe Heads laying around, as well as several traps and bombs. Don't disarm the bombs, you can use them in a moment. When you try to exit the area, you will see the two Safe Heads come to life.

You have a few options available here. If you are short on ammo, you can lure the Safe Heads through the traps and past the bombs. However if you have a few parts left for your crossbow, we suggest you just freeze them, then pelt them with Harpoon Bolts and Magnum rounds. They will fall quickly to this, specially if you have upgraded either weapons damage.

Once dead, head through the door. Ruvik will appear, and will alter the area. You will now have to make your way past all the pillars without being seen by the light. If it does see you, you'll be warped back to the start. As you get near the end, use caution as there will be traps. Wire will need to be carefully walked around, and don't even try to disarm the bombs, as the blue timing window is much, much smaller than usual.

Past a few more traps, you will reach the end. Run away from the spinning blades and into the light. You will be outside again. Just walk into the house, as there is nothing worth picking up outside.

Once inside there is a typewriter in the room to the right if you want to save. Otherwise, head into the elevator. You have a long ride up ahead of you. At the top you will reach the brain room. A scene will play out with Leslie and Ruvik. Eventually it will end, with Ruvik transforming into a very large creature.

Ruvik

When you finally regain control of Seb, you will need to start running from Ruvik. You will need to dodge his hands first. Dodge left, wait for it to pass then keep running. Next, hug the right, then finally left again until you climb into another building.

The next part is the same as the last, but you are dodging his arms as they crash through the roof. Hug the left wall, then right, then left and right again, after which a scene will play as you fall into a truck.

At this point, you need to simply let the bullets fly. Anytime you see a red target on his hand, make sure to shoot it. When there are no red targets, aim at his head so that you start smashing the glass. This will go on for some time as you shoot his various hands each time they try to grab you, but eventually his head will take enough damage that you get knocked to the next stage.

The next part is even more outrageous than the last, as Sebastian, while impaled on a metal spike, manages to fire a rocket launcher. Anyways, when the segment begins, don't immediately fire. Instead, let Ruvik take a few steps. You have limited rockets here, you don't want to accidentally miss.

Once he has taken a few steps, start firing. After 3-4 rockets, he will be stunned. Blast him in the head a few times and you will beat this stage. If you miss, or don't do enough damage, he will get up and keep walking. Depending on your difficulty, you will need to land 2-4 rockets on his head, while stunned. This is why we suggest you let him get close to you before firing, so that you won't miss!

After this segment ends, Sebastian, who is miraculously still alive, will be laying on the ground with his gun out. Ruvik will fall beside him, and will try to grab him. Raise your gun and shoot Ruvik once. Time will be slowed down, but even so, you only have a second or two to do this, so be quick on the trigger! Once you shoot Ruvik, he will die, and several cutscenes will play out. Congratulations, you beat The Evil Within!
