The Dragoncrest Shield Talisman is one of the Talisman items in Elden Ring that can increase damage negation when worn. It has two upgraded versions, including the Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +1, and the Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2.

The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock. And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.
Where to Get the Dragoncrest Shield Talisman

The Dragoncrest Shield Talisman can be obtained behind the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid's Dragonbarrow region. To reach it, head to the west side of the cliffs around the sanctum and drop down the roots to the lower level, and then use the structure to reach the bottom area with the talisman.
The Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +1 is located in the Sainted Hero's Grave along the higher ridge on the east side of the Altus Plateau. At the room with the large guillotines slamming into the ground, climb onto the first one when it raises back up and jump on the ledge on the left wall to reach an imp seal you can unlock with a Stonesword Key, and find the talisman beyond.
The Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2 is found on a corpse in Crumbling Farum Azula, on a floating platform bridge of debris between the Dragon Temple Lift and the Dragon Temple Rooftop.
Effects
The Dragoncrest Shield Talisman will reduce damage taken from all physical attacks. The default variant reduces damage by 10% . The +1 variant reduces damage by 13%. The +2 variant reduces damage by 17%.
