The Immunizing Horn Charm is a Talisman inElden Ringthat increases one's Immunity, resulting in higher resistance to both Poison and Scarlet Rot. Wearing this Talisman can be incredibly beneficial for one's health when traversing through the rot-ridden wastelands of Caelid or Ainsel River. Furthermore, the Immunizing Horn Charm will come in handy when fighting challenging bosses such asMalenia, Blade of Miquella, who have rot-inflicting attacks.
The location of the Immunizing Horn Charm Talisman inElden Ringis a Giant Ant nest, a corpse-filled cavern in the southwestern corner of the Ainsel River. To reach this area, Tarnished can either teleport to the Ainsel River Main via the Sending Gate in Renna's Rise or ride the lift of Ainsel River Well in East Liurnia of the Lakes. Keep in mind that the latter route is closer. Once players arrive in the underground region below, they will need to make their way through several tunnels of Giant Ants to reach the nest with the Talisman. Therefore, it is recommended Tarnished pilgrims be adequately leveled and geared before embarking on their search.

The Scarlet Rot/Poison buildup-mitigating Talisman also has an ungraded variant called Immunizing Horn Charm +1. Tarnished adventurers can obtain it by slaying an Ancestral Follower in the Lake of Rot. Note that this section of Ainsel River is inaccessible until the protagonist has defeated General Radahn and completed Ranni's hidden treasure retrieval.
After defeating the Baleful Shadow in Ranni's questline, continue onward to the Lake of Rot Shoreside Site of Grace. The Ancestral Follower can be found wading around waist-deep in the liquid rot in the southeast. Accordingly, Tarnished adventurers must ensure they have enough Scarlet Rot cures to endure the round-trip trek through the lake and the duration of the fight. Once the Ancestral Follower has been slain, be sure to pick up the Immunizing Horn Charm +1 from its body, as the Talisman will not be auto looted.
