The Gold Scarab is one of the Talisman items in Elden Ring that can increase Rune acquisition rates when worn.

Where to Get the Gold Scarab

The Gold Scarab can be obtained inside the Abandoned Cave on the border of Caelid and the Dragonbarrow region to the north, above the Swamp of Aeonia. It can be reached by traveling east from the Smoldering Wall and crossing the roots over a narrow canyon to reach the cave entrance. Defeat the Cleanrot Knight bosses inside to get the talisman.
Effects
The Gold Scarab will boost the amount of Runes gathered when equipped by 20%. This effect can also stack with the Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot's increased rune gathering ability.
