Refunds are available in certain limited circ*mstances described below. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the title, time, location and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see. You can receive refunds for tickets up to 60 minutes before the showtime. For purchases made online via Stone Theatres mobile app or website please signed into your account or use the gmail option, view the drop down menu, click on purchases and a refund button will appear for your recent purchase. Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the booking. Please note that the convenience fees for tickets booked online via Stone Theatres mobile apps or websites will not be refunded.
No outside food is permitted.
No costumes, character masks, face paint, large bags/backpacks, packagesor weapons (real or fake) are allowed. No exceptions. This policy is in effect 365 days per year.
Texting & phone usage inside the auditorium during the movie is not permitted.
Recording of any image on screen (video motion or still images) is a federal offense. Stone Theatres has a no tolerancepolicy on this and appropriate authorities will be contacted.
