The Haligdrake Talisman is one of the Talisman items in Elden Ring that can provide bonus passive effects when worn. It also has two upgraded versions, the Haligdrake Talisman +1, and the Haligdrake Talisman +2.
Talisman depicting a golden ancient dragon. Boosts holy damage negation. The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock. And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.
Where to Find the Haligdrake Talisman
The Haligdrake Talisman is located in the Stranded Graveyard on a ledge above where you start your adventure. In order to reach it, you must travel south to the Seaside Ruins in West Limgrave and carefully drop down to the beach below, then find an alternate cave entrance along the cliffs to reach it.

The Haligdrake Talisman +1 can be found in Subterranean Shunning-Grounds in the Altus Plateau, far below Leyndell, Royal Capital. It's located on a corpse next to a hidden Spirit-caller Snail. Past the Leyndell Catacombs entrance, head back up to the room with 3 spirit crossbowmen. Here, you can find an illusory wall along the arches beside the stairs, leading to another crossbowman - but there's a second illusory wall in the left corner leading to the Snail and the talisman.
The Haligdrake Talisman +2 is obtained from a body in Mohgwyn Palace, found among a pile of gravestones near a Blood Raven.
Effects
The Haligdrake Talisman boosts holy damage negation when worn. The base talisman increases holy damage negation by 13%. The +1 version increases negation by 17%. The +2 version increases negation by 20%.
