IEA is proud to unveil an exciting and long-awaited new Membership Database called AccessIEA. This intuitive new membership tool has been developed in partnership with Innate.ly, the team of programmers responsible for creating the American Paint Horse Association’s extensive membership database.
AccessIEA will be released in 4 PHASES starting in mid-June for all returning and new members and will expand features as the season progresses. As this is our first year using this new membership tool – everyone joining IEA must first CREATE AN ACCOUNT before selecting your membership type. Once you have created and verified your account, then you can login to AccessIEA and choose your membership for the 2024-2025 season (RIDER, COACH, ADULT CONTRIBUTING MEMBER, etc.)
- PHASE ONE (Mid June) – GENERAL JOINING
- PHASE TWO (Early July) – ASSIGNING CLASS LEVELS FOR RIDERS *
- PHASE THREE (Early to Mid July) – SETTING UP SHOWS and PRIZE LISTS
- PHASE FOUR (Beginning in August) – SEEING SHOW RESULTS and POINTS

For all riders registering for the 2024-2025 competition season, their RIDER CLASS DETERMINATION DATE in which prior non-IEA SHOW EXPERIENCE counts when matching skill level and experience to class descriptions and eligibility criteria will be JUNE 3, 2024.
Any non-IEA experience occurring after June 3, 2024 will not impact a rider’s placement for the 2024-2025 competition season. Memberships for coaches, teams, and riders will be available beginning the week of June 17, 2024. Coaches will be able to accept riders onto their team rosters and assign class levels early in July. Coaches and parents will be able to track team and rider eligibility in real time right from their dashboard
