New Braunfels is 100% the most family oriented town I have ever been a part of or seen! They have so many fun hiking trails to go on that are kid friendly and Landa park is one of my go to spots whenever I need a moment away from the busyness of life! I have been greeted with arms wide open by every single inhabitant of New Braunfels. There is a smile on almost every single face you will pass and it has truly been a treat to be a part of the community. I have many friends whose kids go to the public schools and they have nothing but good things to say about the teachers, curriculum, administration, and everything in between! To top it all off new Braunfels is the safest place I can imagine living. Families are out playing after dark with no worries and I even go on nightly walks and have yet to feel the least bit unsafe.

My overall experience as a New Braunfels resident has been nothing but enjoyable. I have lived here for nine years, and met all of my life long friends here. This city started out to be a little town with not as many people as there is now. New braunfels has grown to be the second fastest growing city in the United States. I love how everyone who is a local here, is just so sweet and well mannered. Unlike most cities, you don't encounter that every day. I will say I would like to see some change as far as traffic goes. The traffic is so bad here that it will take you 30 minutes to get anywhere. There has also been so many shops and restaurants that have been built to cause that. Although I won't be living here much longer, I have made the best memories here with the best people and I wouldn't change a thing. I will now say goodbye to coming to my home every day in New Braunfels, and I will be moving to further my education at Texas Tech University.
