A legendary talisman depicting the ancient king whose seat lies at the heart of the storm beyond time. Extends the duration of sorceries and incantations. It is said that the ancient royal city of Farum Azula has been slowly crumbling since time immemorial.
Where to Get the Old Lord's Talisman
The Old Lord's Talisman can be obtained in Crumbling Farum Azula. It is located inside a chest along the Dragon Temple Rooftop. To reach it, head into the building north of the great bridge and take the ladder down to a rotunda area where you will be invaded by Recusant Bernahl, and get the chest on the far side.

Effects
The Old Lord's Talisman will extend the duration of all spell effects by an additional 30%. This includes healing over time spells, buffs, sorceries, and incantations.
