Same Day Printing
When"Same Day"is selected: Any job that is approved and sent to press byNoon CSTwill ship the same day or be ready for pickup at 9am the day after its ship date.
1-Day Printing Turnaround
When "1-day" is selected: Any job that is approved and sent to press before Midnight CST will ship the following business day. A will call order will be ready for pickup at 9am the day after its ship date.

2-Day Printing Turnaround
When "2-day" is selected: Any job that is approved and sent to press before Midnight CT will begin printing turnaround the following business day. The job will ship by the close of turnaround day 2. A will call order will be ready for pickup at 9am the day after its ship date.
For example:Katie, a real estate agent, is organizing a meet-and-greet breakfast for prospective clients. She decides postcards are the best way to promote her event. Katie orders postcards on Monday and selects 2-day printing. Then she uploads her artwork and approves it by clicking "send to press" before Midnight CT. Her postcards begin printing Tuesday and are shipped from PrintPlace.com on Wednesday.
3-Day Printing Turnaround
When "3-day" is selected: Any job that is approved and sent to press before Midnight CT will begin printing turnaround the following business day. The job will ship by the close of turnaround day 3. A will call order will be ready for pickup at 9am the day after its ship date.
5-Day Printing Turnaround

When does my printing turnaround time begin?
All turnaround times are based on business days, Monday through Friday, and exclude all national and federal holidays. Please note that if your files fail to meet our requirements, your job status will be changed to "Art Suspect" and your turnaround time will be reset.
For same day and 1-day turnarounds: Turnaround begins the same business day, if sent to press by Noon CT.
For 2 to 10-day turnarounds: Turnaround begins the next business day if sent to press by Midnight CT. EXAMPLE: If a 3-day turnaround job is ordered, approved, and sent to press on Monday before Midnight CT, day 1 of turnaround time is the following business day (Tuesday) and the job would ship out on Thursday of that same week.
"Today is Friday and my job is on a 1 Day Turnaround. Will it be done before the weekend?
No, selecting a 1-day turnaround (after Noon CT) means that your job does not start until the next business day and ships out on the second business day. EXAMPLE: On a 1-day turnaround, if your job is sent to press on Friday, (after Noon CT) it will ship on Tuesday. If your job is ordered and sent to press on Friday (before Noon CT) your job would ship from our print shop on Monday.
Does my turnaround time include shipping?
No, turnaround time does not include shipping.
Turnaround time represents the number of business days to print your job. It starts when you approve your artwork (send to press) and ends when the job leaves the shop. Once you click "send to press" the ship date will automatically be calculated based on the turnaround time you ordered.
To determine when a job will arrive, you need to add the number of estimated shipping days to the "ship date." Ship date is determined by the date and time you approve your artwork and "send to press".
