The Ritual Sword Talisman is one of the Talisman items in Elden Ring that can increase attack power when worn.
A talisman patterned after swords used in ritual combat held to honor the Erdtree. Raises attack power when HP is at maximum. The practice had died out by the age of King Consort Radagon, but remains of the arenas where ritual combat took place can still be found in every land.
Where to Get the Ritual Sword Talisman

The Ritual Sword Talisman can be obtained inside the Lux Ruins in the Altus Plateau, just up the hill from the Erdtree-Grazing Hill north of the Grand Lift of Dectus. The talisman is found after entering the cellar below the ruins and defeating Demi-Human Queen Gilka to find the chest.
Effects
The Ritual Sword Talisman increases your attack power by 10%, but only when your health is at maximum. If damage is taken, you'll have to regain your health before the effect can happen again.
