If you were watching this past season of The Real Housewives of Potomac, then you got a bird’s-eye-view of Robyn Dixon’s latest real estate project:a house flip!
“I LOVE investing in Real Estate!" she said in a JulyInstagrampost that included a photo of her wearing a dust mask and hard hat whilebrandishing a sledgehammer, proving she rolled up her sleeves and put some elbow grease into this flip."My mom and I have been renovating our 1st fix & flip property and it’s been a hands-on experience with our mentor@marcel_umpherywalking us through each step."
Robyn revealed her final product during an open house for potential buyers, her family, and friends later in the season, showing off the home’s ultra-airy, modern details. And during the reunion, Andy Cohen had to know what’s happened with the property since the cameras stopped rolling.
“The flip house is sold,” Robyn revealed. And when Andy asked how much of a profit she earned, Robyn divulged, “Um, 30-something ish. So, initially it was supposed to be close 60, which sounded amazing, but 30-something’s good. It is a great learning experience, and that is more valuable to me than the money.”
Will the budding developer be taking on another project? “Absolutely,” said Robyn. “I’m actively looking.”
Take a tour of Robyn’s flip in the video above and be sure to catch RHOP on Sundays at 8/7c!
