What is the hardest monster in Monster Hunter Rise? ›

Elder Dragons are some of the most fearsome enemies in the Monster Hunter franchise. These are the strongest in the entire series, ranked. No matter how advanced a hunter's armor and weapons become, Teostra never becomes easier to fight.

Where to Find Lightcrystal. Lightcrystal can be found in both Low Rank and High Rank Quests but only in the Flooded Forest in Monster Hunter Rise.

In Low-Rank, you'll find Machalite Ore in the Sandy Plains from the Gray mining outcrops, but become more common in the Flooded Forest, and even more common in the Lava Caverns, where you can begin finding Machalite ore from both Blue and Gray mining outcrops.

Gracium is also only available in the Frost Islands locale. When you head on either High Rank Expeditions or High Rank Quests to the Frost Islands, you'll find Gracium in Mining Outcrops. You can select Mining Outcrops to appear on your mini-map by opening the detailed map and selecting the icon.

Difficulty is very subjective but imo from easiest to hardest (including expansions): Monster Hunter Portable 3rd. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne.

The Longsword IS the best weapon in Monster Hunter Rise full stop and Sunbreak didn't change that. It's not the easiest for new players but is devastating once you master it.

When it comes to the Royal Ludroth's most vulnerable areas, you'll want to aim for its head, bright yellow sponge mane, tail, and also the abdomen. You'll also want to utilize weapons that use Fire and Thunder based weapons as these are its biggest elemental weaknesses.

Basarios Weaknesses

The best elemental type to use against Basarios is Dragon Weapons, which are fairly effective across most areas. If you don't have a Dragon Weapon, the next best alternative is Water. Basarios is very susceptible to Sleep so equip weapons and items with this ailment to help here.

Warm Pelt can be carved from both Low-Rank Kelbi and Anteka, which can both be found in the Frost Islands. However, Warm Pelts are much more easily carved from Kelbi(45% chance) vs. Anteka (18% chance). Find Kelbi in the Shrine Ruins, Flooded Forest, and Frost Islands.

How to get novacrystal mh rise? ›

Novacrystal can only be found at High Rank in Monster Hunter Rise. It's also exclusive to the Flooded Forest locale. To unlock High Rank, you'll need to complete Gathering Hub Key Quests. This will allow you to head out on High Rank Quests and Expeditions to the Flooded Forest, where you can mine for Novacrystal.

Once you've finished analyzing the Fanged Wyvern special tracks by breaking monster parts, killing monsters, and collecting signs of turf wars, talk to the handler back at camp (you don't have to leave the Guiding Lands). Lure out Zinogre to a biome of your choosing, then go find it!
