What is the Soulreaper AXE good for? ›

The special attack, for each Soul Stack, increases the player's accuracy and Strength by 6% and heals them by 8 Hitpoints, essentially regaining any lost health gaining Soul Stacks; players are healed regardless of whether the attack was a successful hit or not.

^ In contrast to the main game, during leagues every Desert Treasure II boss will drop all pieces of the Soulreaper axe. Players will not receive duplicate pieces of the axe until a full one has been created.

Players can create the axe by using a felling axe handle on a dragon axe while having a hammer in their inventory and standing next to an anvil; this process is irreversible, but the felling axe itself remains tradeable. Dragon felling axes will chop at the same speed as a normal dragon axe.

Axes can be bought from Bob's Axes (located in Lumbridge) or smithed by players using the smithing skill. However, Bob only sells bronze, iron, and steel axes. So players will have to buy the higher level axes from other players or smith the axes themselves. To cut a tree, players will need certain woodcutting levels.

Assembling an infernal axe will grant you 350 Firemaking xp and 200 Woodcutting xp. Chopping trees with the infernal axe will grant a 1/3 chance the logs will be burnt as they are chopped. This will give 50% of the Firemaking experience that would usually be gained by using a tinderbox to burn the logs.

With the armor, you can enter the portal at the Midalstifla dam and fight the secret boss there. Defeat them to acquire the axe. So, it's a lot of work, but it's worth it, as the Jotnar Cleaver is arguably the best bearded axe in the game. For starters, the weapon's attack and stun stats are amazing.

For those who prefer to get in touch with their inner barbarian, the Heavy Executioner Axe is the best axe in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord in terms of power. It's not as powerful as the best two-handed sword in the game, but it has the advantage of being a longer weapon.
