You must progress through pretty much all of Leyndell in order to reach the Erdtree Sanctuary near the peak of the city. There you'll fight an apparition of Godfrey, First Elden Lord. Kill him, and you'll receive the final Talisman Pouch, bringing your total number of Talisman Slots up to the maximum of four.

There are over 100 Talismans in Elden Ring (counting the enhanced +1 and +2 versions), but even with all the upgrades above, players can only use a max of four at one time.

You have to beat the roundtable boss Roundtable while cooping with someone who has a fifth slot in order to qualify. As it stands the fifth talisman is online only and has a limit of 100 users per platform. If you beat the boss while 100 users of the fifth slot are online you get nothing.

If you've yet to obtain both of the previous Talisman Pouches, Leyndell the Royal Capital holds two more potential Elden Ring Talisman Pouch locations. One can be obtained by beating Morgott, the Omen King, while the other can be earned by taking down Godfrey, First Elden Lord.

Talisman Pouches are mostly found by defeating powerful enemies, but some can also be rewarded. Once obtained, they will automatically increase your trinket slots, from the default single slot to a total of four. Defeat Godfrey, First Elden Lord in Leyndell, Royal Capital.

After reaching Leyndell, Royal Capital and climbing the tree roots towards the Erdtree, you will encounter a golden phantom boss called Godfrey, First Elden Lord. Defeating this boss will reward you the final Talisman Pouch in Elden Ring.

The Pearldrake +2 is located in Miquella's Haligtree, on the north end of the Consecrated Snowfield. You can find it past the Haligtree Town Site of Grace, after climbing a ladder to the north and jumping across a gap, where a Misbegotten guards the talisman near a large statue.

The Two Fingers Heirloom can be obtained at the Purified Ruins in East Liurnia, along the lakeshore's east side. Look for cellar stairs leading into an underground room with a Shabriri Grape and the talisman in the chest.

The Great-Jar's Arsenal talisman functions identically, increasing your load by around 19 percent. The journey to get it, however, is one of the hardest in Elden Ring. By the great coliseum in the Dragonbarrow of Caelid stands the Great-Jar, with three summoned adversaries based on other players.

Players for this fight should be at least level 75, ideally higher, and have +13 weapons or up. In this form, Godfrey is weak to Lightning and Thrusting damage, but heavily resistant to Holy power, which isn't surprising considering he appears to be made out of it.

The Spelldrake Talisman +1 is located in Caelid, inside Sellia, Town of Sorcery. The chest that holds it is sealed by a barrier under a balcony in the northwest part of the town, and you must light the brazier towers in the town to dispell the barriers.

Shadow of the Erdtree New Talismans

With the release of Shadow of the Erdtree, 39 new Talismans are added to the already stacked 115 Talismans in the base game.

To get additional Memory Slots in Elden Ring, players will need to search the game's open world for Memory Stones. Each of these incredibly rare items increase the player's Memory Slot count by one, up to a maximum of 10.
