How good is tarantula armor? ›

When all the pieces of this armor have maxed kills, it accumulates 1440 ❈ Defense against spiders, beating Tier 12 Perfect Armor. The helmet grants 1 ☠ Crit Damage per 10 ❁ Strength the wearer has, up to 1000 ❁ Strength and 100 ☠ Crit Damage.

Tarantula Helmet with this armor is a better option due to damage. However, the Full Set Bonus will be sacrificed.

Care for tarantulas is relatively easy: Feed them once or twice a week depending on their hunger levels, keep humidity high in the cage (if a tropical species), and make sure that there are no crickets in the cage when the spider moults or else the cricket will kill the spider.

But tara helm is a good helm before golden heads, its better then SA helm.

Given its Medium Armor classification, Spider Armor doesn't offer as much protection as Ladybug Armor; however, its effect allows you to run faster, which is useful in so many situations.

Holy Dragon Armor gives the most health of all 8 different Dragon Armor sets. Catacombs 10 (X) to be able to use this set while in Dungeons.

I would say either have ancient or some ehp reforge on it once you hit cata 26, and hpbs on it as well to account for the loss in ehp. It's great for lower floors where 3/4 of your armor can allow you to tank all hits, but for higher floors you need to have it dungeonified.

You need to reach Spider Slayer LVL 4 for the leggings and boots, and Spider Slayer LVL 5 for the helmet and chestplate.

Tarantulas are pretty fragile. A fall - and it doesn't even have to be very far - could cause them to break their abdomen, and this can result in them essentially bleeding to death. They're also susceptible to insecticides / pesticides - which would poison them the same as it poisons any other invertebrate.

The advantages of silk as an armor are that it is lightweight, flexible, and breathable, while still providing reasonable protection against cuts and thrusts (it's obviously not going to do much against blunt force). Spider silk would only enhance all of these properties.

Creating the Ideal Tarantula Habitat

Tarantulas can be housed in various enclosures, such as glass tanks (at least 20 gallons), acrylic enclosures or plastic containers. The size of the enclosure will depend on the species and size of your tarantula, but it should provide ample space for movement and exploration.
