This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or insurance plan.

Can I share the 2 for $79.95 offer with someone else?

The in-store 2 for $79.95 offer cannot be shared with another individual and both pairs ofglassesmust be for the same person. You may use two different powers for the 2 pairs, but they must be from the same prescription.

How can I find the closest America's Best location?

How long will it take for me to get my glasses?

Associates should give customers placing in-store orders an exact day of when their glasses should arrive back at the store. Because we use a centralized lab, eyeglasses are typically ready for pick-up in 7-10 business days. If you would like to know the status of your order, please contact your local store.

Do you accept same-day appointments or walk-ins?

We do accept same day appointments and walk-ins, but it's always best to schedule an appointment.Please schedule an appointment online.

Does America’s Best accept vision insurance?

Yes! For in-store purchases, we accept most vision insurance plans including EyeMed, Spectera, Superior Vision, Davis Vision. Many stores also accept a variety of regional vision insurance plans. Please contact your local store for additional details. For online orders, we do not accept vision insurance as payment for orders. We provide a receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company as an Out-of-Network purchase. Make sure you consult with your insurance provider before you place your order to determine whether they reimburse or have limits for out-of-network purchases.Note: Your vision plan may be provided by a different carrier than your health insurance.

How can I make a payment on the Managed Care Bill I received in the mail?

Is insurance required to buy glasses, contacts or eye exams?

No, America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses does not require the use of vision insurance at any of our locations.

Why do I have to put an item into my shopping cart to see the price?

It’s a step we’re sometimes required to take to give you the best price on eyewear. Often, our prices are lower than the prices our vendors permit us to advertise. Depending on our vendor’s guidelines, you may have to put a product into your shopping cart to reveal the price. You can always remove the product from your cart if you decide not to complete the purchase.

How can I save money if my kids are rough on glasses?

Can I use my FSA \(flex spending account\) or HSA \(health savings account\) to pay for my purchase?

Yes, you can use FSA or HSA funds when purchasing eye exams, eyeglasses, eyeglass lenses or contact lenses.Please remember that all FSA funds must be used by the end of the calendar year.

Does America's Best offer protection plans in case my frames break?

Customers can purchase ourProduct Protection Plan, which protects your eyeglass frames and lenses for one year for a low additional cost. If your frames break or your lenses become excessively scratched during the year, bring them to your local America's Best store so we can replace them (only 1 replacement allowed). This plan does not cover lost frames or lenses.

Other optical chains might only offer a few dozen pairs as part of a special like ours, but America's Best offers almost 200 frames as part of our 2 pair for $79.95 deal (frames tagged at $69.95 with single vision uncoated plastic lenses). America's Best also offers designer brands – check out our selection! We carry premium lens options at an additional cost like Transitions®Signature™, polarized sunglasses, impact-resistant polycarbonate material, Neverglare Advantage®anti-reflective coating. I've never had contacts before. How do I get a trial pair?

Make a contact lens exam appointment onlineor call 1-800-TWO-PAIR to schedule an appointment with an independent doctor of optometry. Following your exam, America's Best associates will walk new contact lens wearers through a training session using your trial diagnostic lenses. After wearing your trial diagnostic pair for about a week, customers must return to the store for a contact lens evaluation to receive their finalized prescription.

Do I still need an eye exam if I already have a prescription?

Customers can bring in a current and valid prescription to an America's Best store to purchase eyeglasses or contact lenses. If you don't have a current, valid prescription or if you think your vision might have changed, an eye exam from one of our independent doctors of optometry is just $69. If you purchase any 2 pairs of glasses at America's Best you can get a FREE eye exam.*

Contact lens exams are just $119, but by joining theEyecare Club,you can get 3 years of FREE contact lens exams (up to 2 per year).
