After you select APPROVE, you will not have the option of removing the player from the roster yourself. To accomplish this, you will need to go through your State Director.
Click on the player's name who you are looking to remove.

Your Roster has been Locked all changes to your roster must be done by your state director. "Pending" in "Guardian Approval" column means, the guardian has not approved the roster status. They need to login their guardian account and approve it.
2) Once your roster is frozen, the players on your roster that played in the qualifying tournament or have played since then , can only play with your team in USSSA tournaments. A player that did not play in your qualifying tournament or in a tournament since then is not frozen to your roster.
A maximum roster of fifteen (15) players is allowed. A minimum of eight (8) to start and continue play. If a team is playing with 8 players, the 9th position in the batting order will be an automatic out. POOL PLAY: Continuous batting order with free & unlimited substitution for pool games only.
Adding a Guest Player is done through your Manager Dashboard. It is event specific, and must be done for each guest player you are adding for each event they will be participating. On your Manager Dashboard, select the Manage Guest Players option.
