Lilwyr is the pet version of Helwyr. It is unlocked by inspecting the twisted antler, which can be obtained as a drop from the boss. The odds of receiving the item are 1 in 2,000 (normal mode), or 1 in 1,000 (challenge mode), both with a threshold of 400 (explanation of drop mechanics). This is not affected by the increased drop chance reward from reputation.

- The "ancient beast" the pet alludes to in one of its conversations is the Hunllef, a monster referenced in the Ancient Tarddian Journal.
- His examine text may be a reference to Man-Bear-Pig, a creature from the cartoon show South Park, which is referred to as being "Half-man, half-bear, half-pig."
