Bro he said PLANTING SPEED and 327 is the optimal speed for harvesting.
I would recommend either like max 150 or 250-300 when perm. sneaking.
But i still hope that at some point they will add a BOS for cane

Either really high and sneaking or some number that I also want to know while not sneaking.
When i plant cane, with speed of about 250, it sometimes still misses in spots, about once every 3-4 blocks, which is annoying af. now i just fly backwards to plant, and i dont miss any spots
