So the wiki says that Sebastian is white but his name is hispanic. He wouldn't be the only hispanic in this game, there's Jimenes, Gutieerrez and the Victoriano family, and while Ruben and Sebastian aren't uncomon names in both languages when you add Ernesto, Laura, and Beatriz, the cast seems pretty hispanic. Is there an official source for it or are we flying blind with this?

well, its updated here now. and its most likely, as geography is concerned, of mexican origin... hes presumably half mexican half Caucasian.
all but victoriano is of Spanish origin. That is italian.
He’s obviously a Spaniard. Why do you think spanish last name automatically makes him Mexican? Hispanic isn’t a race it’s a culture. The people from Spain are the original spanish speakers and they are white.

This topic is quite absurd. One cannot conclude that the character is a Spaniard if there’s no stating such in his description. Also, how can anyone conclude that the game is set in some pseudo-Spain when the city is fictional and with an English name?
As in real life, It’s absurd to conclude that anyone with a Spanish surname, in this case Castellanos, is peninsular by default.
Said character could very well be from any Hispanic, including Latin-American, background. Not necessarily Spaniard, not necessarily Mexican. This forum shows how poorly they know, though they claim to know Hispanic culture, by either willfully or innocently ignoring that the surname Castellanos is everywhere in the Spanish-speaking world.
Forget appearance. Racially, the Castellanos character can be from any origin of the Spanish-speaking world.
