I cannot believe how awful @comcast is treating my grandmother for just wanting to exchange her 10 year old cable box. So thankful I have @verizonfios who would never treat us like that.

@kantor11 @HBOMaxHelp Apparently we’re not the only ones. There’s a comment down thread where someone said they finally resolved on phone for hours with xfinity, they had to reset some database on the backend or something and it finally worked.

I wish something could actually be done about #comcast what they do to people is criminal. Paying for service that doesn’t work half the time. Hours spent on the phone, tech appts. Our time lost & unpaid while Comcast still gets their 150+ a month. #corporatecrime

@Xfinity please provide a solution for your customers who can not log into HBO max through their xfinity accounts. I can no log in online, from a mobile device or through Apple TV. It says my subscription has expired, even tho I’m still sibscribed and it’s on my bill.

End of December and didn’t realize it came with unlimited data. Something 1st declined to tell me with all my info in front of him AND tried to charge me $25 more monthly for a service I already have. Tight @Xfinity

Yo. @XfinitySupport @Xfinity your 4K sports broadcasts are about 20 seconds behind regular live TV. It’s so wildly behind it’s not possible to watch it and interact with any other people. Please fix this.
