@comcastcares Update: Comcast Cares contacted me and tried to help. They were unable to help, so they scheduled a tech to visit me. I'm getting less than half of the mbps than I'm paying for. Hopefully, the tech fixes it. I hated having to put my issues on Twitter, but I got results! Thanks!

@BIG_DOG_215 Your router isn’t the problem.. its comcast.. if you had the same setup with fios it would be completely different.

End of December and didn’t realize it came with unlimited data. Something 1st declined to tell me with all my info in front of him AND tried to charge me $25 more monthly for a service I already have. Tight @Xfinity

@TomKarinshak @Xfinity @comcast For 9 years or better I have been a customer and the last 2 years nothing but craziness my service in and out and only a $20 credit technicians come out and still nothing only for my service to go back out you get almost $300 from me and don't work

Yo. @XfinitySupport @Xfinity your 4K sports broadcasts are about 20 seconds behind regular live TV. It’s so wildly behind it’s not possible to watch it and interact with any other people. Please fix this.
