How do you pay tolls in Virginia? ›

All toll roads in Virginia accept E-ZPass as a form of payment. The other payment types accepted depend on the particular toll road and location.

Once such a violation has occurred, the owner or operator of the vehicle shall pay the unpaid tolls and any administrative fee detailed in the invoice for the unpaid toll issued by a toll facility operator. If paid within 60 days of the toll violation, the administrative fee shall not exceed $25.
