@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield).Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful.Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

So @TheFCA website seems very clear that @TSB fraud team cannot do to me what they have done, particularly as they said I had no option to provide any evidence to prove my position. We will now see what the Financial Ombudsman has to say about that.....
